I was in that same overwhelmed and busy state just a few years ago. I was a chronic procrastinator and postponed most of my important tasks. It took me 3 extra years just to finish college. The business I started in my early 20’s failed because I couldn’t get myself to put in the work every day, so I had to quit and get a regular job again. I also could never find the time or discipline to build the habits that I wanted.
Finally, I got sick of the lack of discipline and procrastination and decided to learn more about productivity.
I spent 5 years studying the top time management books and courses. I implemented everything I could find about getting things done and with time it completely transformed my life.
In those 5 years, I built my coaching business (while still having a full-time job). I started exercising regularly, fixed my diet, and established great habits like writing daily, meditating, waking up early, and setting priorities for the day.
It wasn’t an easy process though — most of what the productivity gurus taught didn’t work for me and I made a ton of dumb mistakes. It took a lot of trial and error to make it happen. So after figuring it out, I decided to start this blog and share what I’ve learned on my journey.
